How long does shipping usually take?
We process most orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service, but most orders across India are delivered within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email or message containing your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product. We’ll review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. Approved returns must be shipped back by the customer, and the return courier charges are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Which age group are the flash cards suitable for?
Kidlytical flash cards are designed to encourage curiosity and learning for young children with adult guidance. Different collections may be suitable for different learning stages, and parents can choose the collections that best match their child’s interests and age.
Do you offer bulk or school orders?
